Chef Knight will carefully coordinate with you to design a cake that says," This is your special day." Or you can choose from any one of our cakes to be decorated. The cake shown is made of moist vanilla genoise sponge, cut into three layers, filled with a homemade strawberry preserve and french vanilla buttercream. Chef Knight then decorates, by hand, each cake to give each one it's own custom touch. Choose from Sugarpaste flowers, or as Chef Knight prefers, live edible flowers as a beautiful finishing touch.
All cakes are baked as late as possible to ensure freshness and boxed for easy delivery to your doorstep. Care instructions are included.
